Report an adverse event

If you or someone you are treating has experienced an unexpected effect from one of our products, please tell us. Reports from patients, pharmacists and prescribers are all accepted.

Write to vikas@medicarepharma.org with the product name, batch number, pack size, what happened and when it started. Include age and sex, and any other medicines being taken, if you are able to. Every report is acknowledged within one working day and assessed by our safety officer.
