What we do, and what the partner does
We do not hold marketing authorisations in export markets. A local partner registers the product in their own name and takes responsibility for distribution and pharmacovigilance in that country; we manufacture, document and ship.
- Our side
- Product dossier in CTD or ACTD format, stability data to the required condition zone, artwork and leaflet in the local language, samples for registration testing, and full shipment documentation including certificate of analysis, certificate of pharmaceutical product and free sale certificate where required.
- Partner side
- Regulatory filing and follow-up, import licensing, local warehousing to the labelled storage condition, distribution, and adverse event reporting into the local system.
- Shared
- Forecasting, batch scheduling, artwork revisions triggered by regulatory change, and any recall decision.
