What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or write to one of the addresses on this site, we receive the name, company, email address, telephone number and message you provide. We do not collect this information any other way through the website.
Why we hold it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of the correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked to be contacted that way.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. If analytics are added later, this section will be updated to say what is collected.
Adverse event reports
Information sent to our pharmacovigilance address is handled under our safety obligations. It may be shared, in de-identified form, with regulatory authorities where reporting is required by law.
How long we keep it
Business enquiries are retained for three years. Job applications are retained for six months. Safety records are retained for the period required by applicable regulation.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to vikas@medicarepharma.org.
